We will consider syncing to the cloud, but it will take some time to balance the existing attendance logic in the cloud. ---

Hi @Felix_Anviz, We tested the xx.xx.CW firmware on W1 Pro. We found a problem: the device doesn’t accept fingerprint. Card reading is OK. We checked that FP verifying is enabled in the W1 Pro. The following error message appears on device screen after every punch (card, PIN): “Font error, FP verify disabled”. Can you check it? ---

Hi, Tibor Could you please tell us what’s the previous version of this W1 pro? It seems that the device lost some files while being upgrade. Do you still have the previous firmware file 03.26.B5? If the issue persists, you can try downgrading to the previous version. If you don’t have the firmware, please let us know. Zac ---
