# Anviz W1: Can't change Cloud IP from web interface

Hi, when i try to change the url in the cloud section of the webserver interface, it fails. After i press submit the session closes:

Both the new and the old adresses are working correctly.

Hi Sarah,

It says “version fail” and does not update. It is an Anviz W1, not a w1 pro.

¿Any other solution avaliable? Thanks
