Hello, We kindly request the firmware for our C2 Pro devices with the option to enter the cloud server address unlocked, so that we can connect new devices to our integration (just like we currently have with OA1000). Hi, Since we have changed the cloud service, the newly released firmware will no longer support manual input of the cloud server address. If you still want to add the address, you need to customize the device firmware. Please confirm with the distributor or reseller where you bought your devices how to proceed with the customization. Hi @Michal, These devices are equipped with the old hardware whose support has already expired. Anyway, the actual firmware 02.18.89 is the latest one as I know.
