# Crear vacaciones

Hola, quisiera saber como puedo hacer que soliciten unas vacaciones y una vez aprobadas por el administrador donde puedo ver los dias de vacaciones que tiene el empleado.

Hola Josema,
Es posible solicitarlo mediante la APP CrossChex Cloud disponible en Android y iOS.
Primer es necesario crear una cuenta exclusiva para que cada empleado ingrese via APP, indico este tutorial para ayudar:

Después de creado permiso de APP para los empleados, ellos podrán loguear en sus cuentas y solicitar vacaciones.
En la pagina inicial del APP (despues de logueado como empleado), busque por **Request** , después **New Request** , elija el tipo como **Leave** y aprete OK.
Luego, habrá la opcion **Vacation** , ahí el empleado podrá elegir fecha y hora inicial y tambien final, incluso agregar comentarios adicionale si necesario.
Esta solicitud llegará a la página del administrador que podrá aprobarla o rechazarla.
Indico tambien este tutorial para entender mejor como crear y autorizar ingresos manuales en el sistema:

Hola Josema,
Dentro de la cuenta del administrador en la pagina **Attendance** \> **Requests** estarán todas las solicitudes con todos estos detalles, podrás filtrar por empleado, fecha, chequear las autorizadas, rechazadas, etc…

Hello,
2 questions:
1. after we accept the vacation request from a worker, we can see all requests in “request”, but how can we see all acceptes vaccations from different workers in the calender or filter by “workers”? We can only see it in “request”. Not in the calender and also not in the shifts from the worker.
2. If request accepted, it will be treaten like “exclude holidays” for the punches automatically for each worker?

Hello @ary_dary ,
The requests are considered as valid records, and will be seen on the **RECORDS \> TimeSheets** page
You can also go at **Record \> T&A Report \> Export \> Export Requets Report** to bring these information into a Excel file.

I have the same problem. I can aprove and decline the requests, but I can not find them in the Records–\>Timesheets. It’s always empty.

Dear @ebay
Please double check if the request done from the employee side is in the same time zone as the account…
If so, before accepting, make sure to memorize or make note for the date and time
After you approve, please refresh you page by hiting F5 on the browser or on the refresh icon.
After that you can have a detailed search to look for this record, by selecting “Request Time Attendance” as described here:
