# CrossChex CloudMove didnt work

Hello, I cant move my data from CrossChex MS SQL to cloud via cloudmove tool. I have an “Import failed” message on stage “import departaments” or “import employees”. Other stages working good.

Hi @DenisRudko,

The CloudMove tool can be used with MDB (Access) database only. It won’t work with SQL database.
