# Error downloading user list

crosschex standard 5.0.1.0  
When I download user list from device tab, show error “fail download users”  
I have 4 devices. 3 devices model C5 firmware 03.26.93 and 1 device model NUC972C5 firmware 02.24.89  
The C5 model fails and NUC972C5 works
