# Error loading tc-b\_new\_sdk.dll Unable to locate

After developing a service to integrate with Anviz, it works perfectly in VS 2022. However when the service is compiled and deployed to the production server I’m getting the following error:

I’m getting this error Unable to load DLL ‘tc-b\_new\_sdk.dll’: The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Any ideas why and how to resolve it?

Resolved this by downloading the latest version of the **tc-b\_new\_sdk.dll** and more importantly **tc-b\_new\_sdk.lib** files. Placed **both** of these in the service folder and bingo it all works.

I now have a [VB.NET](http://VB.NET) service that downloads clock times from 5 Anviz clock machines, then imports the results into our Dynamics NAV ERP and PeopleHR systems.
