**How to Activate Debug Mode on Anviz Devices!**
Debug mode is a special interface on Anviz devices that allows you to manipulate the programming mode for the purpose of debugging.
At some cases, when you are using an Anviz device and the keyboard and the screen freezes, or it doesn’t read the card and the fingerprint, or the access control system may stop working. In such a case, first, you can try to cut off the power supply and restart it. But if the issue persists after the reboot, you can try to enter into a special interface “Debug mode” to examine the system. Know more about Debug Mode in the training!
