# How to download data of users from various groups (departments)?

Our customer would like to download data of some users from different groups (departments). What we can do is to download data of one single user or one single group. Is it possible to download only some specific users from various groups (departments) in one report.

Hi @SudaratN_MESoluTech,

You can download only one user/departement or all users/departments.  
It’s impossible to select multiple users/departments from different groups.
