I am the 2nd owner of this device, please help me how to remove the write protect and to change the admin ID and PW, and the device can’t connect to my PC using LAN and USB ---

Hi @may052179, Are you sure that you followed exactly the instructions in video? Because as I see on the pictures above that the device ID is 2 instead of 0 (zero). ---
