I already tried reinstalling the software and I think the database of the device is already the problem. I tried to delete existing records on the backed up database and the device data. ---

@jhonjhon137 can youplease share a copy of your database here and the steps to reproduce this error? @Technical_Anviz can you please follow? Maybe we can find the cause and fix the database… Thanks! ---
