When the employee has additional information, I fill that in the fields of the 1st and 2nd external ID. When I export the employee information to CSV, that employee does not appear in the document. ---

I have test the function of export. Exporting to excel is still a bit of a problem, you may want to look at it again. Hello, can we also include the 1st external ID and 2nd External ID when fetching records from Cloud API? Context: Our App uses “string” as Employee ID and the Employee ID in CrossChex Cloud only accepts integer, so we put our Employee ID in 1st External ID instead. Hello @Technical_Anviz Is it possible to get these Fields (external ids) in the API? I’m working on an integration, and we need this field, to match the ID of the user in the external tool. The webhook doesn’t send it either. It would be really useful to be able to get this info in the Hook and in the Api.
