I am currently working on installing 3 EP-300Pro devices at CrosschexCloud. The company has advanced security system such as a proxy and it is necessary to tell them exactly which ports, to which IPs and which protocols should be allowed. In tests carried out by us we detected what I describe below. Can someone tell me if something else is necessary?
Crosschex Cloud and EP-300Pro need that the following port be opened:
port UDP 53 DNS to resolve web addresses
port TCP 8883 TlsV1.2 to register the devices at the platform
port TCP 443 TlsV1.2 to data flow
The traffic to the following addresses should be permitted (IP can change assigned by AWS service)
a5llbbjre2oqv-ats.iot.us-west-2.amazonaws. com
us.crosschexcloud. com
