# Problema al sumar las horas trabajadas

Buenos días, utilizamos CrossChex Cloud. Cuando pido los registros de un usuario lo da perfectamente. Pero el problema está al pedirle un reporte de un usuario que ha tenido una pausa de media hora en su jornada. La suma me la da con la pausa incluida.  
Ejemplo : Registros - inicio 06:51 fin 12:04 - inicio 12:26 fin 15:12.  
Cuando le pido Reporte de este usuario me da Entrada 06:51 salida 15:12 trabajados 08:20  
Me suma la pausa  
Necesito que no suma el periodo de pausa

En este caso es recomendado configurarle un turno con breaks… Aqui explicamos como hacerlo:
