Hello Support Team,
I need to update the firmware on my **Anviz C2 Pro (S/N: 1470200017180049)** to connect it to CrossChex Cloud. I have already paid for a license, but I cannot connect to the servers.
My current firmware version is **02.12.01**. Could you please send me the latest `.aup` update package compatible with the US Cloud server?
