Subject: Firmware Request for FacePass 7 Pro – Version 03.76.B4
Dear Anviz Support Team,
I have multiple FacePass 7 Pro devices running different firmware versions. I recently added new devices, and this version mismatch is causing synchronization and attendance log download issues on CrossChex.
I would like to request the firmware file for version 03.76.B4 so I can standardize and upgrade the rest of the devices.
Device Information:
Model: FacePass 7 Pro
Required Firmware Version: 03.76.B4
Sample Serial Number: 1770100022010017
Please provide the download link or file for this firmware version.
Thank you for your support.
