# SW1-PRO Import User from Crosscheck by USB

Hi,  
i have problem to import users from USB on W1-PRO  
From Crosscheck i use export to usb but on W1–PRO i have error when i import “Path not found”.

On USB i have BAK.YG2 and BAK.YG5

Can you help me ?

Could you please share the device info of the W1 pro?

If you export the users from one device to another, you have to make sure the folder name on the USB should be the same as the device ID.
