# The system should not display records from other departments if I don't have permission

When displaying the reports or records on the platform, through an administrator who is assigned only certain departments, if I filter by placing “ALL DEPARTMENTS”, it should only show me the records of all the departments to which that person has permission. administrator, but the platform shows me the records of all the departments of the company.  
For me, this should not be the case, since if I assign an administrator with permissions only for a few departments, he would not have to see the records of the entire company, that represents an information leak for me.
