How can I get the latest firmware for the device Model C2W? the serial number is: 0610 2000 1747 0001

I’m not sure if it’s an Anviz device. Could you please send a picture of it, so we can check?

And even though it is, as seen from the SN, the device is pretty old and we don’t have any new firmware for you t upgrade.
