Hello, I do not have Server Ip field under cloud on the CX7. Is there a firmware update for this? I am on currenty 03.76.CA_01_38-M-ARF-MI. The serial number is 1840100024210163 and the kernel ver is g700781d_W02.

Could you please share with us the current page of the Cloud setup on CX7?
You don’t necessarily need to fill in the server IP to log in to the Cloud page. You can try logging in with the company ID directly.
