Dear Anviz Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with my Anviz W1 Pro device when exporting attendance records via USB.
When I choose the option to download only the latest records, the device does not actually export the most recent entries as expected. The data retrieved appears to be incomplete or not aligned with the latest records stored in the device.
However, when I select the option to download all records, the export works correctly and all attendance logs are properly saved to the USB drive.
This behavior suggests that there may be a problem with the “latest records” export function.
Could you please verify if this is a known issue or advise on how to resolve it? If needed, I can provide additional details or test data.
