I get the error of “Access violation 004099786” with CROSSCHEX v 5.0 as below.
Once this error appears, we need to close the app and it has been constant.
The client´s OS is Windows 10.
Is there any way to solve this?

Hi @Rolando apparently may be something wrong with the database…
Have you tried uninstall and reinstall the software?
The problem persists?
Edit: Is this a new database, or did you migrate from previous version (4.3.17 for example)?
