I am a system integrator and have been deploying and installing Anviz biometric devices for over five (5) years.
I am currently developing a solution for a hospital environment that requires direct integration with Anviz facial recognition terminals. As part of my testing, I am using the FaceDeep 3 with the Anviz SDK.
At the moment, I am experiencing a challenge with real-time data handling. Specifically, I need the terminal to operate in real-time mode so that attendance/access events can be sent directly to my application database. However, the SDK does not appear to be pushing records from the terminal to the database in real time.
Notably, when I activate real-time mode using CrossChex Standard, the system works perfectly and my application receives events as expected. This suggests that the device is capable of real-time event delivery, but I am unable to achieve the same behavior using the SDK alone.

How to enable or configure real-time event push on the FaceDeep 3 using the SDK, or

Any required settings, APIs, callbacks, or middleware needed to achieve real-time integration without relying on CrossChex Standard.
Your technical support on this matter will be highly appreciated, as this integration is critical to the hospital system currently under development.
