FacePass 7 Pro - TCP/RS485

Hi,

I have activated RS485 but I didn’t get any data. I have also tried TCP with port 5010, I can connect to the FacePass but I also don’t get any data or status msg. Do I need to activate something more? I just want that the facepass send some msg over TCP or RS485 which person was recognised. Is this possible?

If you want to have real-time information of the face recognition of the employees over TCP/IP then you have to activate this function in CrossChex Standard.
To do that select the device(s) found on “Device” tab and click on “Activate Realtime” button.
Also, don’t forget to enable (=Yes) the option “Realtime monitor function” in “Device” tab
“Terminal parameter settings” menu.
