Hi, i have problems to upload templates on the 5.0.3 version, i tried to add a new employee from pc, but the platform doesnt upload the info to the face5 or face3 we have. only works if i add the employee on the devices from usb or manually on each device.

I have already checked the authorization in the device.
The faces enroled in device 1, cannot be uploaded to Device 2, and viceversa.
It seems like an incompatibility between the two devices.
Do you have a suggest to solve this problem?
