Upload templates in Facedeep5

Hi Support.I have a situation with two Facedeep5.

The faces enroled in first Facedeep, cannot be uploaded to a second Facedeep and viceversa.

I have already checked the authorization in the device.

It seems like an incompatibility beteen the two devices.

I am using Crosschex Standar version 4.3.17.2.

Below is the information of each device.

Do you know how can I fix this problem?

The devices aren’t the same type: FaceDeep 5 and FaceDeep 5-IRT. I think it could be the reaseon of incompatibility.

Anyway, the firmware 03.72.xx was discontinued and the latest version you could upgrade to is 03.72.AQ. Give it a try with this firmware, please, ask the support team for this firmware version here: https://support.anviz.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

In the case of the incompatibility between both models, I supose it wuld be the same case for FaceDeep3 and FaceDeep3 IRT; I mean, the templates of each device, cannot be uploaded to any other, is it right?

Regarding the update to the latest firmware, the version 03.72.AQ is available for both models?

Yes, this version is available for both models.

But don’t forget that FaceDeep 5 and FaceDeep 3 use different templates!

You can try another way: export the templates (Data→Export menu) to a pendrive on first device and then import them on the second device using the pendrive. Maybe it will work.
