We have Crosschex 5.0 and the report template is broken.
Tried with several client´s software and all had the same issue.
Is there any quick fix for this?
Hi @Rolando,
I think the problem depends on one of the Statistical Rules settings and the result of which is an infinite fraction. This long number can’t be handled by the template which then causes the template to collapse.
So, I recommend you to check the settings of the statistical rules:
- in “Settings” > “Attendance” menu,
- in “Settings” > “Time-Off” menu.
