I recently purchased a CX3. I already setup my the schedule and put the workers’ names in it. I am trying to export the report, I’m following the instructions and I’m using a USB drive dedicated to only that, however, every time I hit export it says its doing it but when I plug the USB drive in the computer, it’s empty. Is there something wrong with my machine or do I need to upgrade the firmware?
