W3 connect to Crosschex Cloud but doenst upload records

I have 2 W3 devices in 2 different locations that connect to Crosschex Cloud, appear online, download employees created in the cloud, but do not upload employee check-in and check-out records. The devices are from 2 different companies so they have 2 different company IDs. Firmware 03.94.CS-M-ARF-M
