We are working with a C2 Pro via the DLL API - is it possible to change the max length of Employee Name?
The documentation suggests it can be 10,20 or 64 bytes, but it seems to be set at 20 and we would like to increase it
This is a limitation of the hardware itself, unfortunately cannot be increased as standard proceed.
If you have a considerable demand for products with such application, we can evaluate the poxxibility of a customized firmware for you.
