We have tested the EU server and found that it’s working ok. And we haven’t heard any other reports on this from other customers.
Please check if you can open it up in the incognito windows or try it on other computers.

May I ask what cloud server you are using?
#1 Please try login via the incognito windows.
#2 Clear the browser cache and cookies and log in again.

Hi, sorry for taking too long to respond. The problem has been fixed by it selt. At least that’s what it seemed. The issue arise last Friday I guess. First we googled it and found that other people were having the same problem…not being able to login. We tried everything, even changing ISP, changing DNS provider, changing PCs, incognito, cookies, you name it. That’s when we decided to ask for help and reach you guys.
We are in the US cloud server by the way.
