Fimware Update - Help with batch update safety measures

Hi all,

We have a client with 70 devices installed and we are planning a firmware update on all of them to get the improved facial detection algorithm.

I do have a couple of questions:

  1. If there’s any problem with the update, can it be rolled back to the previous version?
  2. Can the firmware be backed up or downloaded for the rollback mentioned above?

You can send me the device detail information include the termial module ,Serial number and current firmware verison.
