EP30 Stuck in Boot Loop after “Full Disk” - CrossChex Failed to clear logs [1]

Body (Cuerpo del mensaje):
Hello Anviz Support Team,

My EP30 device is stuck in a boot loop after showing a “Full Disk” error. I can successfully access the Recovery Mode screen, which shows IP 192.168.0.218 and Port 5010. The device hardware features the Blue/Bright screen [1].

I have successfully established a direct network connection using a native Intel PC card set to static IP 192.168.0.100. Communication through port 5010 is fully functional, but the device’s internal flash storage is completely locked/saturated.

When attempting to fix it, I get the following results:

  1. CrossChex (v4.3.18) successfully connects under Device ID 1, but every action fails. The log outputs are: “Falla al limpiar registros” (Failed to clear logs) and “Falla al devolver el dispositivo a su estado de fábrica” (Failed to factory reset).
  2. Firmware updates via Tftpd64 fail immediately with Error 10054, indicating that the processor is aborting the write process due to lack of physical disk space.

Since the commercial software cannot bypass this “Read-Only” state caused by the full storage, could you please provide the special low-level clear script (clear_glog or format command) or the precise recovery package for my hardware serial number to force-wipe the log partition?

Here are my device details:

  • Model: EP30 / EP300 Pro (Bright Screen / Blue Display) [1]
  • Device Serial Number (S/N): 1680200023180005

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
