Buenos dias, disponemos de Anviz W1 compatible con Cloud y firmware 03.04.15.
Conectamos con cloud correctamente (todos los test en 100%) y hemos sincronizado los usuarios perfectamente, aparte el dispositivo lo vemos online en CrosscheckCloud.
Ya no usamos Crosscheck standard y no hemos descargado los registros localmente e n 3 dias.
Sin embargo, los registros no se sincronizan desde nuestro dispositivo a cloud.
Lo hemos intentado de todas las formas posibles y no encontramos el lugar donde se activa la sincronizacion o se fuerza a ello.
Alguien nos puede ayudar ?¿
Sorry to inform you that you have to use CrossChex standard to synchronize the records on the devices to the Cloud.
Check the “Cloudmove” tool under the CrossChex Standard’s program service directory, fill in the company ID and password to transfer the records.
