I’m trying to configure an Anviz M5 Plus, for ease of use without CrossChex on PC but via app and web page for managing the device.
In particular, the feature we need most is the ability to set specific times for opening the door connected to the device.
I tried to use the Time Zone and Group function but without success, if I assign the group related to the time slot to a user, the latter continues to access at any time of the day! Has anyone had similar problems?

Could you please share the device info, including the SN and firmware info?
Yes, the device webserver supports setting time groups and time slots for the scheduled access control.
If you failed, maybe you set the parameters wrong. In this case, send your request and timetable to our support team at support@anviz.com, so we can schedule a remote session to look into the issue together.
