We have a customer that is already using the Crosschex Cloud. He is very interested in the SLA than Anviz offers to their customers like him. He asked us this:
- Is there an SLA for Crosschex Cloud?
- What is the percentage of availability of the plattform? (I mean 99.99% or 99.999 for example)
- Is there a value defined for RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point) in Crosschex Cloud?
