hello, maybe you can help me?.. I have an ANVIZ VF30 a friend gave me, but it is write-protected, I can’t access the menu and he forgot the admin ID and PW… can we possibly access the MENU from the device so I can change the admin code?.. then i can UP GRADE the FIRMWARE

You can reset the device admin password to access the menu again.
