W1 Not showing up in CrossChex Standard

Hi,

I have 2 W1’s in my company, and one M3 Pro.

I’ve installed the latest version of the CrossChex Standard, and at first the database I’ve created was not working, then it magically did while no different thing was done. (Although this is not the problem I wanted to note it)

The problem now is that when trying to find devices, they are not showing up in the search tab.
Also, I’ve tried to add them manually, and I was lucky only with the M3 PRO, the W1s don’t work and don’t communicate. They get added but then don’t communicate at all…
I’ve tried everything and it still doesn’t work.

The M3Pro and the W1 are in the same subnet, and the other W1 is in another, but I can ping both networks without problem.

And before someone tells me to do it, yes I’ve did a factory reset to the W1s.

Did someone had the same problem?
I’m getting quite frustrated.

Please confirm it’s W1 or W1 pro. You can follow the video in the link below to connect the device to CrossChex Standard:

W1 is an old type and won’t communicate with the newest CrossChex.
Are you sure that they’re W1 and not W1Pro?

I actually don’t know as they are the same and I have no info online on the differences.
They are new, our supplier installed them 2 weeks before.
I suppose is the pro but I’m not sure. Where can I check that?

EDIT: I have the W1. I’m filling a complaint to my supplier so that he replaces this old units they sold me with new ones with software support.
