Error connecting W1 Pro to Crosschex Standard

Hi, I am trying to setup couple of Anviz W1 Pro Devices using Crosschex Standard. The IP Address for the device and the server are correct but whenever I add the device I am unable to synchronize time and access device information.
The error I keep receiving is “Can not connect to the TA machine”.
Any help or support will be greatly appreciated.

It seems that you didn’t have the network settings correct.
Please check the device ID, Comm mode (Server mode), and Internet mode. Or you can check the tutorial video below:

Make sure the IP address can be pinged through on your computer.

Thanks for the support I was able to successfully connect the device to the application. However, I have six devices but the application is accepting only one devices at a time even though they are all visible after the search to add device.

You can check here that you have a duplicate device ID “1”. Please note that the device ID on the CrossChex Standard should be universal.


You can change the device ID on the device menu and try adding the two devices again.
