ANVIZ VF30 POE Issues

Have two VF30 powered by 12v external power supply.

Both, dont start up, conected directly to switch with POE.

If connected with a power injector, it power ups but not identified in switch

Anyone can help me?

Model ANVIZ VF30, Input DC12/POE, Firmware 06.48.F1, serial 1480200019290462

Hi @Pedro_Sardinha,

Are you using 12VDC external power supply and PoE at the same time?

If yes, that’s the problem. Use only one of them.

Connected only to POE switch, don t power up, but connected to a power injetor it powers up.

Don t understand this behavior.

can u please send me the latest firmware for this device (VF30) ?

Can u please confirm this device works with POE ?

The firmware version in the device is 06.48.F1.

Hi @Pedro_Sardinha,

The first generation of VF30 hasn’t got PoE but devices produced from 2018 have this function. Please, submit a ticket here: https://www.anviz.com/account/ticket/add.html and send device serial, actual firmware etc. and ask about PoE possibility.
