Seeking assistance if it is possible to downgrade a C2 Pro with the following Software:
Firmware Version 03.A4.BB_dark, Kernel Ver. G18417e3, File System Ver. 01.A4.03
Our other C2 Pro have the following Software:
Firmware Version 01.00.85_dark, Kernel Ver. 01.00.09, File System Ver. 02.00.03
The latest C2 Pro with the indicated latest Software Version is not able to read our existing Finger Print Database when uploading the via the SDK.
Checking it downgrading is an option or if there is a compatible SDK that can be used.
