CrossChex Cloud #2 - Recovering Password

Hi there,

Welcome to our second tutorial about the Anviz CrossChex Cloud!

The main objective of this tutorial is to help you resetting your CrossChex Cloud password.

If you have not created a CrossChex account yet, please refer to our previous tutorial:

CrossChex Cloud #1 - Creating a New Account

If you already have an account but forgot your account password, the 1st step is to access the server you created your account. For this tutorial, we will use the North America Server option, but if you´re choosing a different server, no worries, the proceeds are all the same on all options.

Click Forget Password , insert the e-mail address you´ve created your account previously, then click Submit .

An e-mail with the verification code will be sent to your mail box, please check it:

Please check your spam box in case you don´t see it on the main box.

Use the validation code together with your new password, make sure to type it correctly at the confirmation field. After clicking Submit , a popup message will be shown:

Now you´re OK to come back to the Sign In page with your enrolled account e-mail and new password. :grinning:
