Need insights on the Crosschex Apps. Would like to know the difference between the ADD DEVICE - Device ID and Device No.
Can you confirm with App are you talking specifically, since we have more than one solution?
ADD Device is to add a new device to your cloud account
Device ID is the internal number reference between hardware and software
Device No. is the internal number reference between software and user
We suggest to keep them the same to avoid unnecessary conflicts.
