Contamos con 2 equipos GC100 que funcionan de la misma manera. Al encenderlos, se puede acceder a los registros; sin embargo, después de esto, se desconectan y solo se pueden volver a activar encendiendo y pagando nuevamente.
Please share the device info of this GC100, including the SN and firmware info.
So we can check if there’s any proper firmware for you to upgrade.
Hi, we’ve got this problem with 2 GC100 too, at this moment i’m unable to communicate by any means (ethernet won’t link, wifi “Search” action finds no wireless networks where there are plenty, USB won’t link as in order to try a firmware upgrade (as suggested somewhere else in these forums).

We ended up opening the unit, to find out these are “crippled” boards with no wifi or wiegand components. Also tried fw up/downgrade but communication fails silently (no cli options increase SCBW_Upgrade_V2.3 verbosity in any way).
Also performed some crosschex based tests in order to determine if USB was totally dead:
Tried to synchronize time with USB/micro USB cable, and it seems able to detect complete disconnection, but also fails communicating ([GC100]Can not connect to the T&A machine vs. [GC100]Failed to retrieve the terminal type!).
Maybe Anviz wants us to forcefully buy newer units?
