Face Deep 5 crashes after a user passes their credit card through the RFID reader. After this, no more cards can be detected.
The device needs to be restarted for it to work properly again.
I don’t think it’s right that a device with these characteristics can be blocked so easily.

We have never met such an issue before. Have you tried factory resetting the device? How’s the result?
Please make sure you are using the right card, and check which card type you should use, EM card or Mifare card.
If it still fails, you can send the device info and a brief description of the issue to support@anviz.com, including the SN and the firmware info, we will check out for you.

Las tarjetas con las correctas. Ya estan siendo utilizadas en un Anviz M3 sin problemas.
Hemos detectado que el el equipo se bloquea cuando el usuario intenta pasar un tipo de tarjeta de credito y es necesario reiniciarlo.
Vuelvo a mencionar que esto no pasa en un M3
