If your Facedeep 3 or Facedeep 5 can’t recognize the users with big beard, please install this patch. It is a solution for the problem.

Is this the latest firmware for facedeep 3 and 5? Portuguese from Portugal is no longer available?

Hi Joao, this is a patch update for facial algorithm, it won’t affect performance in device’s language.
