Hi, we have 3 Facepass 7 Pro. They used to work relatively well, but for some time now we have been having problems with facial recognition. Is there some firmware update that we could test?
The firmware that we are using is 03.76.C9-M-ARF-MI, and the SN of the unit that we will use to test is 1770200023070018.
