Facepass 7 Pro - Problems with facial recognition. Firmware update?

Hi, we have 3 Facepass 7 Pro. They used to work relatively well, but for some time now we have been having problems with facial recognition. Is there some firmware update that we could test?

The firmware that we are using is 03.76.C9-M-ARF-MI, and the SN of the unit that we will use to test is 1770200023070018.

Hi, I have Facepass 7 Pro and also have face recognition problem, even when I try to do face roll, but after reboot the device is functioning well

This firmware is not suitable for all devices to upgrade.
