How to remove the Device Write Protected (ANVIZ VF30)

I am the 2nd owner of this device, please help me how to remove the write protect and to change the admin ID and PW, and the device can’t connect to my PC using LAN and USB

Hello, i already done that sir, my problem is my device is write protected, my computer recognized the device but i cant access, when i try to open it it say “the device is write protected” :disappointed_relieved: :disappointed_relieved: :disappointed_relieved:

I already try to reset the device through CMOS battery, and still, I can’t access the device

Hi @may052179,

Are you sure that you followed exactly the instructions in video?
Because as I see on the pictures above that the device ID is 2 instead of 0 (zero).
