I think I messed up my database

There was an existing record before and now i get this error everytime i scroll the users page and it keeps duplicating.

I already tried reinstalling the software and I think the database of the device is already the problem. I tried to delete existing records on the backed up database and the device data.

@jhonjhon137 can youplease share a copy of your database here and the steps to reproduce this error?

@Sarah_Anviz can you please follow? Maybe we can find the cause and fix the database…

Hi @jhonjhon137 , can you firstly try to update the software from Help>Upgrade?
