Hi,
I am having some challenges setting my shift right.
I have done everything in the video and set the shift as well as assign time table but yet all of my clocks are being recorded as In even though they clock-in is taking place at different times of the day according to the shift I created.
Kindly see screenshot below and assist.
@ziontech12 Hello, the status description shown on the records reflects the status of the device where the user marked their attendance. It is not related to the shift or timetable configuration. Based on the logic and timetable configuration, this status will be updated to the correct one in the Attendance → Analysis of Attendance Records section and will be displayed in the Operation columns. Please refer to the attached screenshot for clarification.

Thanks for the response. is there any reason why the exception description is displaying “Wrong State”?
